Last night's 5/3/1 OHP workout went very well. Looking forward to the rest of the program.
Cleared out some crap from the garage - barely made a dent in the kipple, but I did find about six-fiddy in quarters.

Doing a light squat workout today - something like 225x5x3, then work up to 185x5 on front squats. Note to self: don't forget to stretch.

Took the day off from lifting. Maybe I'll head to the park for a walk.
