The Wilks Coefficient or Wilks Formula is a coefficient that can be used to measure the strength of a powerlifter against other powerlifters despite the different weights of the lifters.

Instructions

  1. Select a unit of measurement: Imperial (lbs), or metric (kg)
  2. Select the lifter's gender
  3. Enter lifter's bodyweight
  4. Enter lifter's powerlifting total

Wilks points will be calculated and displayed in the 'Wilks Points' row. Use the Reset button to zero-out all numerical fields.
